1 LB crabmeat
2 sticks butter
2 1/2 tsp. Old Bay or to taste
1 1/2 tsp. garlic juice (optional)
3 pints half and half
1 can chicken broth
9 to 11 TBSP flour to thicken
Cream Sherry to taste
Melt butter. Add flour and stir until blended. Add half and half, broth and seasonings. Stir like hell! Cook slowly until thick. Add crab. Season with cream sherry to taste.
