I totally agree. I miss eating chicken backs. My mom used to love to cook chicken backs. You could get them by the packs at Jewels or Dominicks (grocery stores in chicago). She would fry them up. Also chicken necks had a great skin that when breaded and cooked right are to die for. I was never a liver or gizzards man. My kids grew up on chicken wings. I would by them by the case. 40lb case was like 12.00-15.00 depending if they were on sale or not at Moo and Oink. I would get a case and a whole bunch of zip lock bags.
