I am a pig when it comes to chicken wings too! lol... AND, since I have lived in the south (Texas) and the north (Indiana), I have seen the different types of sauces that are put on wings and other meats. My daddy made BBQ by slow cooking the ribs/chickens. There was NEVER a drop of BBQ sauce put on the meats he cooked. However, living here near Indianapolis, it is rare to buy BBQ in a restaurant that doesn't have sauce spread all over it.

My favorite 'to go' wings are from Hooters too. However, there are two or three Chinese restaurants that have crispy chicken wings that are to DIE for..lol But, just like Lee, I have to watch all that sodium.
