LOL yeah I know its different but thats how we grew up on them. Flour and deep fried and not cut up to pieces. And you splash bbq sauce on them. IF you go to chicago you should go to a BBQ place and try some. I have taken some people to it and they swore the wings were off ducks or something lol they were to big to be chicken. They aren't as big now but they aren't those little small ones. I know in atlanta they had a store front wing place on every block. Each place had like 50 flavors lol. I never seen nothing like it. But most of those places serve those little wings that look like they are off game hens not chickens. It takes like 20 of them to get some meat. Thats why in chicago most women just could eat the 3 wings. If you were really hungry or a big person you may eat 9. If you were just a pig you ate 12 or 15 lol. A few times I could get up to 12 if I was really hungry. I must admit they weren't as well breaded as hooters wings are. Also I never knew till lately how much butter they use in that wing sauce. OMG thats so disgusting lol.
