Gwen, I'm with you on the wings. Grilled wings are much better than fried ones any time. Now don't get me wrong, I like the fried ones but not as much as the grilled ones. I've never done them with your marinade but that sounds really good, especially since I love Crystal Hot Sauce. What I do with mine is coat them with Ball's Cajun Seasoning (not as salty as Tony's) then let them sit in the bag overnight with the seasoning on them and then cook them on the grill using the indirect heat method like your way does. I've got to try a batch of wings your way but will have to do it when we have company since I can't eat but a couple or so of the wings. Just too much sodium. Thanks for sharing this new way.
