Watched only a little of the video as it kept stopping...made it for my brother before,he lovessss it too,did NOT put liver in it,I hate liver LOL...Much easier to buy it....Brother Ray says pork is the best too...The Boudin I've tried in Baton Rouge was good and as far as I know did not have liver....LOLOLOL If it did glad they didn't tell me...LOLOLOL
